This is a demo website for Quantum Blur, where you can upload an image or video and apply the Quantum Blur effect with customised 'strength'.
c.f. 583 x 465 image with 0.6 strength took 4 seconds.
c.f. 1200 x 1200 image with 0.6 strength took 52 seconds.
Note: Video processing will be very slow due to the complex simulation.
